Ultimate relaxation REIKI energy session

Service Description

Welcome to the Ultimate Relaxation Reiki Energy session, a 1.5-hour experience dedicated to deep relaxation and healing. During this session, recipients remain fully clothed and lie down on a comfortable massage table. The practitioner may either lay hands directly on the body or work within a distance of approximately 20cm above the body. To create a sacred and nurturing space for enhanced relaxation and healing, essential oils, soothing music, and crystals may be incorporated. The session is structured as follows: 1. Pre-session (15 minutes): Prior to the session, there will be a discussion to clarify what will happen during the session and to understand your intentions or desired outcomes. This ensures that the session is tailored to meet your specific needs, whether it's relaxation, clarity, increased awareness, or other intentions you may have. 2. Ultimate Reiki Relaxation session (1 hour): During this phase, the practitioner will channel Reiki energy, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, to promote healing throughout your entire being. The session will create a space of deep relaxation, allowing you to release tension, find inner peace, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. 3. Post-session (15 minutes): After the Reiki session, there will be time for discussion and reflection. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences and insights from the session, allowing for integration and understanding of what was present for you during the healing process.
